DevHelpers LLC (“DevHelpers”, “we”, “us”) builds, hosts, maintains and supports websites. This policy explains what information we collect through devhelpers.com, our client portal and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, company, email address, phone number and the details you include when you contact us, request a quote, open a support ticket or sign up for a service.
• Service information: the website, hosting, account and billing details we need to deliver the services you buy from us.
• Website usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and cookies used to run, secure and measure this website.
• Mobile phone numbers: when you enroll in a DevHelpers text message program, such as our server alert notifications.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure and support the services you have asked for.
• To respond to requests, send service and account notices, and bill for services.
• To send the text messages you have opted in to receive.
• To protect our systems and our clients’ websites, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

We use mobile phone numbers only to send the text messages you have agreed to receive and to answer HELP and STOP requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the messaging providers that deliver our messages (such as Amazon Web Services), solely to send those messages.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, email delivery, payment processing and support software), under obligations to protect it; with a reseller partner when you receive our services through them; or when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us. Text message consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
