These terms apply to your use of devhelpers.com and the communications programs operated by DevHelpers LLC (“DevHelpers”). Services we provide to clients are also governed by the client’s service agreement or proposal; if they conflict, the service agreement controls.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.

SMS program terms: DevHelpers Server Alerts

• Program: DevHelpers Server Alerts sends automated text messages about the status of servers and websites that DevHelpers manages (for example, a server going offline, high memory or disk use, and recovery notices). Messages go only to DevHelpers staff and contractors who opt in.
• How you opt in: by completing and signing the DevHelpers SMS Alert Enrollment form, which states the program, message frequency and these terms.
• Message frequency varies with server events; typically 0–30 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or re-enroll.
• For help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (336) 525-5970.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
